The episodes of Qatar Kaabat Al-Madyoum shows the historical moments that reflect the noble values reached through the efforts of Sheikh Jassim Bin Mohammed Bin Thani, the Founder. He used his wealth to bring relief to needy people, secure the frightened and release the prisoners. These are the values that people of Qatar inherited today.

The only way to preserve traditions and our ancestors’ heritage is to teach them to future generations. Abou-Ali will show a group of Qatari children, his “future sons”, how to deal with nature and the desert experience. Not an easy journey but a beautiful and essential practice to perpetuate.

Five Qataris decided to run off their luxurious and comfortable life to learn how their ancestors lived in the arid deserts. One of the desert’s sons, Saad, will lead these young men to overcome their difficulties, carrying only what they need to survive.

Gazi Husrev-beg is a library located in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1537. It was reopened in 2014 with the support of the State of Qatar. Dr. Mustafa Jahic was assigned to work in the library before the siege of Sarajevo began. When the conflict started, more than ten thousand manuscripts in Arabic, Turkish-Ottoman and Persian, were at risk. This film shows how these books that represent a very important part of human history have been preserved.

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Al Thani is the third ruler of the State of Qatar. His Grandfather, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Thani Al Thani, extended his influence throughout the whole Qatari Peninsula. His successor, Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, is the founder of the State of Qatar. The first oil well was dug during the reign of Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Al Thani.

Qatar Vision is part of the nation’s achievements on every level since gas discovery. In addition to natural resources, Qataris have the will and the ambition for continuous progress and development.
